Basin Engine & Pump, a division of FCX Performance, serves the Midland and Odessa oilfield with pump, engine, and gearbox rebuilds and fluid handling support 24 hours a day. The company started in engine service and grew into specifying, installing, servicing, and maintaining fluid handling systems. It runs an on-site machine shop and a precision repair shop that services both its own and competitors' products, including truck, water transfer, hauler, and cement injection pumps. A stocked warehouse carries pumps for oilfield transfer and water injection service, and a field service truck fleet responds to breakdowns at the wellsite or facility.
