Basin Sales & Service, founded in 2017 by Leroy Salinas, provides turn-key solutions, services, and supplies to the oil and gas industry across West Texas. The company offers roustabout crews trained to operate telehandlers, compressors, forklifts, and skid-steers, along with dry ice blasting, pressure washing, and antibacterial fogging services for gas processing plants, midstream facilities, and compressor stations. Its certified welders and CNC machinists handle fabrication, refurbishment, and machining of oilfield pipe, equipment, and structural components, and its construction crews build and expand process facilities, including warehouses and shops. Basin Sales & Service also provides instrumentation and electrical (I&E) support, equipment rentals with optional operators, and sells safety, parts and tools, warehouse, field, cleaning, and office supplies.
