PEC Manufacturing makes mechanical power take-off (PTO) clutches for stationary industrial engines, offering single-plate 6-inch through triple-plate 14-inch units compatible with engines up to 583 horsepower. The company stocks more than 1,000 clutch and replacement parts and offers same-day shipping, serving agriculture, oil and gas, construction, and water treatment customers.

Founded in 1990 in Marble Falls, Texas, PEC originally supplied replacement parts for Twin Disc brand PTOs before expanding into manufacturing complete units by 1993. The family-owned company sources castings from Alabama and Texas foundries and says it is the only supplier of Twin Disc style parts manufactured in the United States.
