Phoenix Technology Services, a division of PHX Energy Services Corp. (TSX: PHX), is a horizontal and directional drilling service provider founded in 1995. The company offers directional drilling, gyro surveying, and survey management services, supported by its own downhole technology including the PowerDrive Orbit rotary steerable system, Atlas and Performance drilling motors, the Velocity real-time system, and the P-360, E-360, 360 CV, and 360 RWD measurement-while-drilling platforms. Headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Phoenix operates in Canada, the United States, and Albania, and runs its gyro surveying division from Midland, Texas.
