Drilling Tools International (DTI) manufactures and rents downhole tools used in horizontal and directional drilling of oil and natural gas wells, with roots dating back to 1984. The company is headquartered in Houston, Texas, with a product sales and manufacturing facility in Broussard, Louisiana, and additional US locations in Casper, Wyoming, Charleroi, Pennsylvania, Midland, Texas, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Vernal, Utah, and Williston, North Dakota, plus international service centers in Malaysia, Australia, Canada, Scotland, the Netherlands, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia. Its product and technology lines include directional tool rentals such as stabilizers, drill collars, hole openers, and downhole filters, premium pipe rentals including drill pipe and heavy weight drill pipe, and wellbore optimization tools such as the Drill-N-Ream conditioning system and the RotoSteer rotary steerable system. DTI also operates a Diamond Products division for PDC tool manufacturing and refurbishment, and offers downhole inspection services.
