United Filters International has manufactured filtration products since 1978, operating manufacturing facilities in Amarillo, Texas and Sun Valley, California. The company produces string wound, pleated, carbon, melt blown, submicron, and specialty filter cartridges, along with housings and vessels and inline filtration systems. Its products are used in petroleum production and processing, pipeline transport of oil and gas, potable and waste water, food and beverage processing, metal processing, and industrial process applications. UFI also manufactures a line of petrochemical filters and vessels for offshore exploration and production, gas production and transmission, and refinery applications, and markets to original equipment manufacturers and distributors.
